Currently, Oishiwase is the most cultivated plum in Japan. When the yellow-green peel is ripe, the whole of it becomes reddish. The pulp is light yellow and tender, and a refreshing sweet and sourness spreads in the mouth.

Nansui is a red pear born in Nagano Prefecture, and it is a breed of 「Echigo」and 「Shinsui」. The skin of Nansui is yellowish brown and the flesh is close to the snow white. It has a strong sweetness with amazing crispness and lot of fruit juice. The season of Nansui begins around mid-September.

Shipments begin in late September. Akizuki is a combination of 「Niitaka x Hosui」and 「Kosui」, and it combines the excellent point of three pears. The flesh is juicy and dense with strong sweetness. It tastes less sour and is with flavour close to Kosui.

Shinano Sweet is a hybrid species of 「Fuji」 and 「Tsugaru」 which was born in Nagano Prefecture. The skin is a pretty red colour. There is a moderate sourness in the sweetness, and the flesh is a little soft and juicy with rich flavour and fragrance well. The maturity period is around mid-October and until November.

Shinano Gold is a breed of 「Golden Delicious」and 「Chiaki」that was born in Nagano prefecture with yellow skin. The season starts around the beginning of October.

Akibae is a breed of 「Chiaki」and 「Tsugaru」. The skins are dark red and some are blackish depended on the cultivated region. A moderate sourness and sweetness are well balanced. The taste is good but honeycore is not so much. It will be harvested from around the beginning of October.
